"Well," you may ask. "What, exactly is there to laugh about while 18,000 Americans die annually simply because they have no health insurance.  Why chuckle simply because the United States lacks a Universal Healthcare Policy?"

OK, I confess. I'm not sure. But people do possess an uncanny ability to laugh in the face of death and oppression!

Gallows humor has been around a long time - as long as people have been marched off to die, or have their property confiscated, or linger in hopelessness.  Thankfully these are modern times.  We no longer allow our citizens to be sent away to die, have their property confiscated, or linger in hopelessness! Wait a minute! Why does that sound familiar?

But seriously, just because we no longer have our necks stretched, or face the chopping block, doesn't mean we can't laugh as we are provided fewer and fewer healthcare benefits, have increasing numbers of bankruptcies related to healthcare expenses, and face the most dangerous hospital system known to the industrialized world!

Yuk it up, folks!  This is the place for all your darkest - or lightest - healthcare humor.  Send it along; it will find its way to this page.
